Manually Deploying Territory Fields

You can add a Kubaru Territory field to any object you want to associate with territories. Kubaru will stamp this field with the corresponding territory.

We suggest following the instructions in the Territory Object Mapping article to deploy a territory field automatically. However, if needed, you can follow these steps to manually deploy a territory field to one or more objects:

1. Open Salesforce in Lightning Experience.
2. Navigate to Setup.
3. Click on the Object Manager tab.
4. Select an object.
5. Click Fields & Relationships.
6. Click the New button.
7. Select Lookup Relationship as the data type and click Next.
8. Select “Kubaru Territory” from the Related To picklist and click Next.
9. Enter “Kubaru Territory” as the Field Label.
10. Enter “KubaruTerritory” (with no space) as the Field Name.
11. Click Next.
12. Complete the remainder of the steps and click Save.
