You can pause assignments to members whose Salesforce calendar indicates they are unavailable. Follow these steps to do so:
- Create a new router or edit an existing one.
- Scroll to Additional Settings and click Scheduling and Availability.
- Scroll to the Member Availability Settings and enable the Pause During Calendar Events toggle.
- Select to pause during “All events” or “Specific events”.
- If you select “Specific events”, you’ll be able to enter filter criteria for which events should result in users being paused.
- Click the Save button.
