Follow these steps if you’re not receiving push notifications for assignments:
- Open your Windows start menu.
- Search for and click on Settings.
- Click System.
- Click Notifications.
- Under Notifications from apps and other senders ensure Google Chrome is toggled on.
- Open a Salesforce Lightning tab in Chrome, click the site settings icon to the left of the page URL, and make sure Notifications are enabled.
- Next in Chrome, click the three-dot menu at the top-right, click Help, then click About Google Chrome. Ensure that you are on the latest version of Chrome. If not, Chrome will automatically update. Click the Relaunch button to restart Chrome.
