Push Notifications Not Working

Follow these steps if you’re not receiving push notifications for assignments:

  1. Open your Windows start menu.
  2. Search for and click on Settings.
  3. Click System.
  4. Click Notifications.
  5. Under Notifications from apps and other senders ensure Google Chrome is toggled on.
  6. Open a Salesforce Lightning tab in Chrome, click the site settings icon to the left of the page URL, and make sure Notifications are enabled.
  7. Next in Chrome, click the three-dot menu at the top-right, click Help, then click About Google Chrome. Ensure that you are on the latest version of Chrome. If not, Chrome will automatically update. Click the Relaunch button to restart Chrome.
  8. Contact support@kubaru.io if you’re still not receiving push notifications.
