This optional router setting ensures that records are only assigned to members who are logged into Salesforce. You can specify an idleness threshold to define how long a member can remain idle in Salesforce before assignments are paused. If no threshold is set, members will continue receiving assignments until they log out of Salesforce.
Follow these steps to enable this feature in a router:
- Navigate to a router and click Edit.
- Scroll to Additional Settings and expand Scheduling and Availability.
- Enable the Must Be Logged Into Salesforce toggle.
- (Optional) Set an Idleness Threshold.
- Click Save.
