These settings control how workloads are calculated for users. They are found by expanding the Admin tab in the navigation menu, clicking Settings, and clicking Object Settings.

Below is an overview of these settings:
SETTING | DESCRIPTION |

Status Field | Indicates which field is used to determine a record’s status. You can select any standard or custom picklist field. |
Active Status Values | Select which picklist value(s) from the Status Field should be associated with active records. This impacts several features, including Do Not Assign Inactive Records, Load Balancing, and Workload Capacity. |
Unworked Status Values | Select which picklist value(s) from the Status Field should be associated with unworked records. This impacts the Reassignment feature. |
Rejected Status Values | Select which picklist value(s) from the Status Field should be associated with rejected records. This impacts the Automatic Reimbursement feature. |
Workload Value Field | Select a numeric field to be used for workload calculations. The selected field will be referenced by routers that have Workload Evaluation Method set to “Total Active Workload Value”. This is useful if you want to calculate different workloads for records based on their complexity. See Workload Evaluation Method for more information. |
Calculate Workloads in Real Time | Allows user workloads to be recalculated immediately as records are created and edited. See Calculate Workloads in Real Time for more information. |
