Calculate Workloads in Real Time

Available in Version 5.7 and up

By default, agent workloads are calculated on a recurring basis by jobs that run periodically in the background every 30-60 seconds or so. While this suffices in most cases, there are some situations in which you may want a user’s workload to immediately recalculate the moment a record is created or edited.

For example, if your users have a max active load of one case, you may want to enable this feature to minimize their downtime between closing a case and receiving another.

To enable real-time workload calculations, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Settings tab of the Kubaru Console.
2. In the Object Settings section, select your object, and click Edit [Object Name] Settings at the bottom of the section.
3. Check Calculate Workloads in Real Time.
4. Click Save.
