Router Description Field

There’s an optional Router Description field that can be displayed if the Router Name is insufficient.

Enable Router Description

You can enable the Description field to show on your router pages by doing the following:

1. Expand the Admin tab in the navigation menu and click Settings.

2. Click the Advanced tab.

3. Check Enable Router Description.

4. Click the Save button.

You can also add the Router Description field to the routers table by doing the following:

1. Click the Routers tab in the navigation menu.

2. Click the column selector icon at the top-right of the router table.

3. Check Description.

4. (Optional) Click and drag the field to rearrange the display order.

5. Click the Save button.
