Router Description Field

Available in Version 5.3 and up

If you are dealing with a large number of routers, it may be helpful to have a description field to make it clear what each router’s purpose is.

You can enable the Description field to show on your router pages, by doing the following:

1. Navigate to the Settings tab of the Kubaru Console.
2. Check Enable Router Description.
3. Navigate to a router, and you will see a new Description Info section with the Description field in it.
4. Edit the router to update the Description.
5. Click Save.

You can then optionally add the description field to the Kubaru Routers tab of the console by doing the following:

1. Navigate to the Kubaru Routers tab of the Kubaru Console.
2. Click the Columns Displayed button at the top-right.
3. Check Description.
4. Click Save.
