Assign Converted Leads

Available in Version 5.6 and up

Kubaru routers automatically exclude converted leads from being assigned. However, it’s possible to enable the assignment of converted leads from the global settings:

1. Navigate to the Settings tab of the Kubaru Console.
2. In the Object Settings section, change the selected Object to “Lead”.
3. Click the Edit Lead Settings button.
4. Check Assign Converted Leads.
5. Click Save.
