Assignment Looping

Description

This error indicates that records are being repeatedly assigned to the same individual or queue. For example, this can happen if a router assigns records from a queue, and a Salesforce Flow automatically reassigns them back to the same queue.

Resolution

Review the Assignment Logs to determine if this is an assignment loop or expected behavior. If you determine that there’s an assignment loop, evaluate your routers, flows, and other processes to identify and resolve the cause. You can always contact us through the contact form for assistance.
