A license is required for every user that administers Kubaru or receives assignments. See Adding and Removing Licenses for instructions on how to purchase additional licenses.
Assigning Licenses
Users must be assigned a package license before they can administer the Kubaru application. Follow these steps to assign a license to one or more users:
- Navigate to Setup.
- Search for “Installed Packages” and click on the link.
- Click Manage Licenses next to Kubaru.
- Click Add Users.
- Select the users you’d like to add and click Add.
It’s not necessary to assign a license to users that will be receiving assignments. These users will automatically be assigned a license when they’re added as a member of a router.
Removing Licenses
Follow these steps to remove package licenses from one or more users:
- Navigate to Setup.
- Search for “Installed Packages” and click on the link.
- Click Manage Licenses next to Kubaru.
- Click Remove Multiple Users.
- Select the users you’d like to remove and click Remove.
Monitoring License Usage
You can view license usage details in the Licenses tab of the Kubaru Console, including who has a license, which type of license is assigned, and how many licenses are still available.
