*Available in Version 2.0 and up.

Prior to Version 4.8, this feature was called Active Record Ceilings

The Max Active Load feature provides a way to limit the number of active records a person can be assigned at any given time. This feature ensures you’re not assigning users more records than they have the capacity to handle.

Defining Active Record Statuses

Before you can use this feature, you’ll need to define what you consider to be an “active” record:

  1. Navigate to a Kubaru Console and click into the Settings tab.
  2. Under Object Settings, select the appropriate object and click Edit.
  3. Select your active values from the Active [Object Name] Status Values field.
  4. Click Save.
