Which assignment methods support member weighting?
Member weighting is supported by round robin, load balance, territory assignment, and skill-based assignment routers. In each case, weights adjust how frequently eligible members receive records relative to others.
Can I set hourly, daily, and weekly assignment limits?
Yes. Time-based limits let you set assignment caps for router members by hour, day, or week. When stacked time-based limits are enabled, members can have separate hourly, daily, and weekly limit columns.
How does workload capacity decide who is at capacity?
Workload capacity limits the number of active records a user can own at one time. You define the active status values for the object, then set each member capacity in the router member settings.
