Can schedules be assigned to both routers and members?
Yes. Distribution schedules and holiday schedules can be applied to both routers and individual router members.
What happens when a router and member have different schedules?
Assignments are made during the days and hours where the router schedule and member schedule overlap. If no schedule is selected, records can be assigned 24/7.
Can users manage their own availability?
Yes. Admins can enable Kubaru Utility settings that allow users to manage their own out-of-office schedules and toggle their status between Available and Unavailable.
Can Kubaru pause assignments when users are logged out or idle?
Yes. The Must Be Logged Into Salesforce setting can pause router members who are logged out or idle. You can also configure an idleness threshold.
How do backup users work?
You can designate backup users and enable Use Backups When Out Of Office on routers so a backup receives assignments while the primary user is out of office. Backup availability is not considered when making backup assignments.
