A product qualified lead (PQL) is a potential customer who has experienced the value of your product through a free trial, freemium account or other hands-on experience. Unlike marketing qualified leads (MQLs), which are based on superficial indicators like email opens or webpage visits, PQLs are based on meaningful value. PQLs are more likely to purchase your product than other leads because they have already seen how it can help them achieve their goals.
