Page Refused to Connect Error

You may experience an onscreen error like the below when attempting to access a Kubaru router or console page:

This typically occurs when you have clickjack protection enabled in your Salesforce org, but have not yet whitelisted common Salesforce URLs as trusted domains.

You can verify this by navigating to Setup > Session Settings and viewing whether the following settings are enabled:

While disabling these settings would likely fix the issue, it is not recommended. Instead, you can simply add these Salesforce URL structures as trusted domains:

  • https://*.lightning.force.com
  • https://*.visual.force.com
  • https://*.my.salesforce.com

This can be done by following the below steps for each domain:

  1. In the Trusted Domains section, click the Add Domain button.
  2. Add the domain value (each referenced above) to the Domain field.
  3. Leave IFrame Type set as “Visualforce Pages”.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 for the other domains.
